- The room features a portable air conditioner and heating. Naturally, towels, bed linen, shower gel, etc. are available.
- The bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, terrace and garden are shared.
- Internet access via W-Lan and fenced parking are free of charge.
- The morning begins with the small French breakfast, which is included in the price. Communal dinners are available. Availability and prices on request.
- Price plus €5 cleaning fee once per stay
- Clothing optional (naturism/nudity) is welcome in the house, garden, spa, and pool, but it is not a requirement. Everyone is free to choose whether to be clothed or naked.

- We speak French and English, Mario also speaks Italian, and Eric also speaks German. We live in the house and are available to answer your questions and give you advice.
- Two very small dogs live with us in the house. They are well-behaved and house-trained. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other pets.
- Please smoke only on the terrace.
- A jacuzzi for up to 3 people is often available. In July and August, a small swimming pool is set up.
- Other offers such as individual photo shoots as well as regional recommendations, restaurants, and wineries.

Located halfway between Nice and Marseille, close to the A8 motorway, all the attractions of the French Riviera and southern Provence are within easy reach. Three airports are nearby: Toulon/Hyères, Nice/Côte d'Azur, and Marseille/Provence. The nearest tgv station, Les Arcs/Draguignan, is only 11 miles away.
The beaches of Saint-Aygulf and Pampelonne are only 40 minutes away by car. The Gorges du Verdon are classified as a remarkable site and are among the places to visit, as are the listed Thoronet Abbey—the marvel of the Cistercian abbeys of Provence—and the wild nature of the Plaine des Maures—the first nature reserve in the Var department.

Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, and numerous Provençal villages, the glamorous cities of Cannes and Monaco, and many Provençal markets invite you to stroll around. Wine cellars offer the pleasure of tasting regional products and buying souvenirs.
